Growing Elephant Garlic | Easy to grow annual or perennial

My friend Erica gave me a couple of bulbs of elephant garlic. In this video I plant them to grow in two ways. One is being growing as an annual crop to harvest next summer, the other will be grown as a perennial plant to harvest in years to come.
